I am absolutely going to be purchasing more of her work on specific issues and I really feel that I am finally going to heal these issues on a deep and profound level. The overwhelming sense of grief and loss goes much further back than I had thought. I had thought it all centered around quite recent extreme losses but there was actually so much more I hadn’t addressed that happened way before that that deeply impacted me in ways that I never realized before this book.
