Wash both sides of the cutting board. Wipe dry with a dish towel, then allow board to air dry completely before using. Reapply food safe oil once a month. *I

I was pleasantly surprised by these. They have a clean, natural wood smell and feel pretty durable. On the first couple uses, they were slightly rough and the edges felt a bit sharp, but that improved noticeably after a few washes. Now they feel much smoother.
