The wine was fermented on skins until the desired sweetness level was reached and then drained and fortified. A lengthy maturation in small oak casks ensures further development. This Tawny is blended and bottled for immediate enjoyment, and is best served with blue cheese, rich desserts and coffee.

Ignore the negative reviews. I’m convinced those are from the ones who didn’t actually read the book, lol. Buy the Captivating book and read it first. The second time you read it, do it along with this guided journal. I love it so far, it’s been great just to reflect deeper. No issues with the binding either. My copy is just fine.
